The location of the hotel is superb, right in front of JR lines station Yamanote line, making it convenient for travel around Tokyo and beyond. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of traditional Japanese and Western food, and the staff is polite and helpful.

I was actually surprised by the spaciousness of the room at The Prince Shinagawa. The bed, although a little firm, provided a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of a bustling area. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel for its size, amenities, and convenient location.

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect, only a short walk away from the train station and close to lots of shops and attractions. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, even helping us with directions. The room was small but clean and the amenities were great, including complimentary toiletries and an electric kettle. It was nice to have a sitting area in the room too.
